Start of 2025

Yesterday, the temperature dropped to an impressive -25 degrees. Last week, snowflakes were falling outside my window, creating a beautiful winter scene. I spent my time painting in a room warmed by the sun streaming through the glass.

Feeling inspired, I decided to go outdoors for sketching. However, I found that the water had frozen, so I could only manage to do some quick sketches before heading back home to finalize my work.

Currently, I’m participating in two group exhibitions, and my artworks are on display at the Shenkman Art Centre in Ottawa. This is how I am welcoming the start of 2025.
